DMCA Notice & Takedown

Overview

ZT Plush respects the rights of creators. Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement about the ZT Plush website, dashboard and bot, sent to the agent below. Content that server members post through the bot (for example messages, embeds or music) is posted on Discord; for that, you can also report it to Discord directly.

Filing a notice

Send a written notice that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or a representative list if there are several).
3. The material you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it (a URL, file name or screenshot).
4. Your contact details: name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

What happens next

We review every complete notice, remove or disable the material when appropriate, and let the person who posted it know when we can.

Counter-notice

If you think material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The material that was removed and where it was before.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where ZT Plush may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate cases, we block users or servers that repeatedly infringe.
