Terms of Service

Hi, darling. These Terms cover ZeroTwo Plush (“ZT Plush”) — the Discord bot, the dashboard, the website at zt-bot.com and Plush+. ZT Plush is run by one developer, Doog (“we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Accepting these Terms

By adding the bot to a server, using its commands, signing in to the dashboard or buying Plush+, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use ZT Plush, and remove the bot from any server you manage.

You must meet Discord’s minimum age (13, or older where your country requires) and follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you use ZT Plush for an organization, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

ZT Plush is a multi-purpose Discord bot: moderation, Aurora AutoMod, music, giveaways, tickets, welcome tools, translation, content extraction and more, managed with slash commands or the web dashboard. The free tier stays free. Features change over time — we add, improve, limit or retire them — and the bot is available in several languages, with machine-assisted translations that may contain mistakes.

Server setup: the bot may suggest a setup guide to new servers. Settings you choose are your server’s responsibility; you can change them at any time.

3. Server owners and staff

If you add the bot to a server or manage it, you are responsible for how it’s used there. In particular:

• Tell your members about features that record them, such as Message Logger, ticket transcripts and moderation logs.
• Only give staff permissions in the bot to people you trust.
• Mass-Tag and DMs: only message members who would expect to hear from your server, never send spam, scams, ads for other servers or anything that breaks Discord’s rules, and respect opt-outs. Messages are checked by Aurora and rate-limited; we may limit or switch off Mass-Tag for a server that misuses it.
• Anything your team writes (welcome messages, custom commands, embeds, scheduled messages, reasons) is yours, and you are responsible for it.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use ZT Plush to:

• Break the law or Discord’s Terms or Guidelines.
• Harass, threaten or dox anyone, or spread hate speech.
• Share illegal content, malware or phishing links.
• Spam, raid, mass-ping or abuse bot features.
• Download or share content (music, videos, posts) you don’t have the right to; you are responsible for what you play, extract or repost.
• Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or exploit the bot, the dashboard or the API, or get around rate limits, caps or Plush+ checks.
• Resell or redistribute the bot or Plush+ without our permission.

5. Enforcement and server standing

To keep ZT Plush safe we may, with or without notice: limit or switch off features for a server or a user, mark a server as restricted or blocked, refuse to join a blocked server, remove the bot from a server, or block a user. While a server is restricted or blocked, its Plush+ features are paused. If you think we got it wrong, contact us through the support server.

Security lockdown: if we suspect a security problem, the bot may enter a lockdown mode that pauses some admin features and shows a notice on the website until we’ve checked everything.

6. Availability

We aim for the bot to be online all the time but can’t promise it. It may be down for maintenance, updates, Discord or hosting problems, security lockdowns or events outside our control. Live status: zt-bot.com/status.

7. Plush+

• Price and payment: Plush+ is a one-time purchase for one server, currently $20, paid through Gumroad. There is no subscription and it doesn’t expire. What it unlocks is listed on our pricing and in /plush info.
• Price changes: prices are subject to change at any time, for example as we add features, improve accessibility, or as hosting and third-party API costs (such as DeepL) change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. A later change never affects a server that already has Plush+, and a later price drop doesn’t entitle earlier buyers to a refund or the difference.
• Discounts and promotions: we may occasionally offer discounts, sales or promo codes. Each one is for a limited time, follows the terms stated with it, can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so, and can be ended at any time. A discount doesn’t change these Terms or the no-refunds rule.
• One server: a license works on one server. Moving it to another server is only done by support. Lost your key or server? Support will issue one free replacement per purchase.
• No refunds: all sales are final, except where the law requires a refund. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may revoke that license.
• Changes to features: like the rest of ZT Plush, Plush+ features may be improved, changed or replaced over time.
• If ZT Plush shuts down: we’ll announce it at least 90 days ahead in the support server and on this website.

8. Intellectual property

The ZT Plush code, name, logo, website and dashboard belong to Doog. Don’t copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

Fan project: ZT Plush is inspired by Darling in the Franxx. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Studio Trigger, A-1 Pictures, CloverWorks or any rights holder. Artwork is credited on our Credits page; rights holders can use the DMCA page to ask for removal.

Your content: what you or your server put into the bot stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run ZT Plush.

9. Disclaimers

ZT PLUSH IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We don’t promise the bot will be error-free or uninterrupted, that AutoMod will catch every scam, that translations will be accurate, or that data can always be recovered. Moderation decisions are made by each server’s staff, not by us.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ZT PLUSH AND ITS CREATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR SERVER DISRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from how you or your server use ZT Plush, including content you post through it and breaking these Terms.

12. Ending things

You can stop at any time by removing the bot; its data for your server is deleted 30 days later as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or end access as described in section 5. Sections 7 (refunds), 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply afterwards.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Florida. If you live outside the United States, the consumer protection laws of your country still apply where they can’t be waived. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to sort it out.

14. Changes to these Terms

We’ll update these Terms as ZT Plush changes. The date at the top shows the latest version and important changes are announced in the support server. If you keep using ZT Plush after a change, the new Terms apply.
